Overwhelmed by cooking your own meals?
Keep running out of meal ideas?
Want to diversify your meals?
Don't find cooking enjoyable?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, these classes are for you!
Pre-packaged food from the grocery store and takeout food from restaurants is often full of processed sugars, high in sodium and preservatives, additives, and allergens, not to mention expensive! It can be challenging to find foods that are nutrient-rich, gut-friendly, flavor-full, and satisfying…but it doesn’t need to be!
I’ll help you simplify and enjoy the cooking process, and go from overwhelmed to Zen in the kitchen.
