Easy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Easy Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Ingredients
3 ripe, medium avocados, flesh and seeds removed
¼ cup 100% maple syrup OR 1 tablespoon raw honey
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (raw cacao powder has extra health benefits). Omit if chocolate doesn't work for you.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened dairy-free milk (coconut, almond, or oat is best)
2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond, sunflower seed, or peanut butter (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or mix with immersion blender until smooth.
Garnish with fresh mint, fresh berries, unsweetened coconut, cinnamon, and/or nuts.
Serve and enjoy! Store in the fridge in an air-tight container. Eat within 2 days. For freezing, you can store avocado chocolate pudding in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
